Whether you’re an athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Orangetheory is designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced coaches provide options that allow you to safely perform movements that work around any physical issues. Walk, jog, run, or ride, you set your own pace. Well…technically your heart rate does.
Look out for Orangetheory Fitness on race day - at 9.45am they will be on the Guildhall steps ready to get you warmed up for the half marathon!
The team will also have a stand in race village so you can find out more and sign-up for a free session!
Orangetheory Fitness offers 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn. Heart Rate Based Interval Training
Backed by the science of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory’s heart rate monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. Our members burn up to 1,000 calories in a 60 minute session.....and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours after!

Our coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and are committed to helping you meet your fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting.
